Customers are responsible for all email activity originating from their hosting accounts, VPS, reseller accounts, or other services.
If an account is found to be sending spam or malicious email, AliHost may temporarily suspend the affected service to protect our network, mail reputation, and other customers.
Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important website, database, email, and other data.
Where AliHost provides backup services, such backups are provided as an additional protection mechanism and should not be considered a guaranteed replacement for customer-maintained backups.
Customers should maintain their own current backups before making major changes to websites, applications, databases, or server configurations.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their websites, applications, scripts, CMS installations, passwords, and other software operated through their services.
Customers should keep their software and applications updated and use strong passwords and appropriate security measures.
AliHost may implement reasonable security measures to protect its infrastructure and services.
AliHost may suspend a service when reasonably necessary due to:

AliHost does not claim ownership of customer content solely because it is hosted on AliHost infrastructure.
AliHost may integrate or provide access to third-party services, including domain registrars, payment processors, software providers, CDN providers, security services, and other external platforms.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, policies, and conditions. AliHost is not responsible for services that are outside our direct control.
